Penedès, made from a blend of 50% Xarel·lo, 40% Macabeo, and 10% Parellada, aged for at least 18–24 months on its lees. It shows a bright pale yellow color, fine and persistent bubbles, aromas of citrus, ripe fruit, freshly baked bread, and subtle toasted notes, with a fresh, well-structured, dry palate, balanced acidity, and an elegant finish.Mas Bertran winery was founded in 2005 by cousins ​​Roser Carbó and Eva Bertran in Sant Martí Sarroca, Barcelona. What began in the family garage became a modern winery, inaugurated in 2011.A magnum is 1.5 liters. Magnum comes from Latin and means "large" or "magnificent."
