The Abelé 1757 Brut is a Champagne crafted from a blend of 40% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, and 25% Pinot Meunier, complemented by 25% reserve wines. It undergoes a minimum aging of 3 years. The palate opens broad and creamy, revealing delicate flavors of acacia honey, fresh almond, and red fruits.
