Barons de Rothschild Brut Rosé is a Champagne made primarily from Chardonnay and complemented by Pinot Noir, which is responsible for its delicate pink color and fruity notes. It is aged on lees for a minimum of three years, giving it finesse and aromatic complexity. It displays fresh and balanced flavors, predominantly of red fruits such as strawberry, raspberry, and currant, accompanied by citrus touches and a mineral and persistent finish.Barons de Rothschild Champagne is a relatively new house (founded in 2005) by the union of three branches of the Rothschild family (Lafite, Mouton, Clarke), which produces high-end champagnes with grapes mainly from Grands and Premiers Crus of the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims.
