The Bollinger La Grande Année Rosé 2015 is a Champagne blended with 62% Pinot Noir and 38% Chardonnay, to which 5% red wine from the historic La Côte aux Enfants plot is added. Fermented entirely in oak and aged under cork for more than double the time required by the appellation.
