Please be aware this wine is unfiltered so there will be sediment. Handle carefully or decant or sieve it if preferred. Pale gold in colour with a subdued nose and noticeable legs. On the palate there is strong peach initially then fresh citrus comes through on a very long, fresh, crisp finish. In my opinion this is their best vintage yet, and this is the crispest, driest sulphite free white I’ve ever had the pleasure to taste. It is very good indeed, bringing sulphite free whites ever closer to mainstream in style. If you don’t appreciate this style of natural wine please do not order this wine, as it is supremely rare and we want it to go to natural wine fans who will appreciate it.
