Delicate, dry, rosé has never been associated with the baking valley floor of the Bekaa. However with today’s modern winemaking skills and early morning harvests, good aromatic fruit is available. Using Cinsault and Syrah the wines are delicious and approaching those of Provence. The wine is elegant with fresh fruit aromas.Ideal wine for a brunch or picnic.
