Description Cembra Pinot Nero Trentino DOC hails from the Valle di Cembra, where the Pinot Nero grape variety thrives due to the region’s significant temperature fluctuations during grape ripening. The vineyards are situated at elevations of 500 to 700 meters above sea level, benefiting from east, south, and west exposures. The wine undergoes manual harvesting in late September, followed by fermentation at controlled temperatures in steel tanks. It is then aged in barriques for approximately 6 to 7 months before bottling. This meticulous process results in a wine that is elegant, authentic, and expressive of the unique terroir of the Valle di Cembra.
